We are home and garden experts, offering a wide range of products including plants, garden tools, outdoor furniture and more.
We are currently seeking a Horticulturist to provide support across our branches.
The successful candidate will: Possess a Horticultural qualification or formal training Provide customers with a knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service while optimising sales of our products Be customer focused with excellent relationship management skills Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Maintain high retail, merchandising, cleanliness and health and safety standards Develop and maintain beautiful and appealing garden centre displays Have the ability to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team What we offer: Competitive pay package Company Pension Plan with employee and employer contributions, Life Assurance and Income Protection Service pay Excellent training opportunities Generous Sick Pay Scheme Bike to work scheme Our Stores are open between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
