Hospitality Manager

Title: Hospitality Manager Salary: €42k Location: Kildare Duties & Responsibilities: Reporting into the Catering Manager you will assist in managing the daily food and beverage outlets as well as hospitality and events.
You will assist in managing a team of 40 employees Plan & implement costed menus in consultation with the chefs To assist in the recruiting, training and developing of all staff.
To assist in managing the HR function of the F&B team in conjunction with head office support To ensure health and safety is being strictly adhered to.
To budget and establish financial targets and forecasts To monitor the quality of service and food ensuring to exceed customers expectations To manage the daily cleaning of all outlets ensuring daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists are signed off.
To manage payroll, costed rosters and review with the Financial Director.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and create and maintain excellent relationships with them.
The role is mostly Monday-Friday but there will be some evenings and weekends involved at busy periods.
