Hospitality Supervisor

As part of with our team here in Parkmore Galway, you will be helping us deliver our catering services to those working for a large multinational medical device company.
As Hospitality supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of functions that take place across the campus.
For example a business conference, convention, buffets, business lunches etc.
The role requires meticulous coordination to ensure, event plans are fulfilled, and the customer has a positive experience.
The role is in a fast-paced environment with the focus on meeting customers' expectations, and consistency for both the products and service they receive.
Full-time Position (07:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday) What we are offering you: Weekdays only, hours may vary slightly due to hospitality bookings.
€15.20 per hour Full training provided Uniform/shoes provided and staff meals provided during shifts.

Occasional overtime may be offered depending on site needs.
You must have: Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business is preferred A Strong background in hospitality or catering Excellent time management skills Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP, is preferred A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude Be living in Ireland and available to work in the East side of Galway city .
