About the Role: As the Hotel Duty Manager at Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel, you'll be the driving force behind our daily operations, with a special focus on elevating experiences in our Bar & Restaurants, Meeting Rooms, and Banqueting areas.
Your expertise in food and beverage will serve as a beacon, guiding our team to consistently deliver exceptional service and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
What You'll Do: Motivate and develop our talented team, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and enthusiasm to shine.
Drive revenue and profitability by implementing savvy sales strategies and cost-effective management practices tailored to the unique offerings of our hotel.
Play a pivotal role in crafting and executing innovative marketing initiatives, including leveraging the power of social media to showcase our stunning location and attract guests from far and wide.
Assist in crafting staff rosters for our bustling bar and functions, ensuring seamless operations that leave our guests raving about their experience.
Be the go-to person for guest and staff inquiries or concerns, resolving them with grace and efficiency to uphold our reputation for unparalleled hospitality amidst the lush greenery of Tipperary.
Requirements: Excellent level of English both verbal & written.
2-3 years hands-on management experience in a similar environment preferred.
A genuine focus on exceptional customer care and the ability to ensure service standards are delivered consistently.
Ability and interest in motivating, developing, and leading a team of employees to deliver on and exceed customer expectations.
Good time management and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends depending on the needs of the business.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
