We are seeking a dynamic Hotel HR Generalist to contribute to our world-class hospitality by supporting our most valuable asset – our Palace People .

Your Role: As the Hotel HR Generalist , you will: Handle employee relations with confidentiality, offering guidance on HR policies and best practices.
Oversee compliance with Irish employment law and maintain meticulous employee records.
Assist in designing and delivering training initiatives that empower our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Collaborate on employee engagement programs that enhance morale and retention.
Partner with department leaders to provide strategic HR support that aligns with the hotel's objectives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating training, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
CIPD membership is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attitude: A proactive, approachable, and empathetic professional with a passion for people development.
