Housekeeping Lead

Housekeeping Lead wanted for a busy Nursing Home in Douglas.
The right candidate would be responsible for ensuring that quality and hygiene standards are met and that a first class cleaning and laundry service is delivered in all aspects of the Nursing Home.
You would work along side a team of Domestic Assistants and Laundry Personnel and arranging work rota's for the two departments.
A good Working knowledge of all regulations relating to the correct use of cleaning equipment and products is ideal for the role.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar position and be capable of running an efficient team.
Fluent English and previous experience in a supervisory role are essential.
This is a full time position so not suited to students .
