We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor (Full-Time) to join our team.
Responsibilities: To assist the Executive Housekeeping Manager & Assistant Executive Housekeeper to obtain the highest quality of cleanliness in the Hotel and to provide efficient, prompt and courteous service to guests.
You will be required to: Prepare schedules as requested and in accordance with forecasted occupancy.
Keep updated on available rooms including maintenance and early/late check-ins and check-outs and communicate this information to housekeeping attendants.
Conduct daily and random inspections of guest rooms and other areas.
Handle daily inventory keeping and disbursement for all linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, guest rooms supplies and related equipment.
Strive to motivate the team and maximise employee productivity and satisfaction.
Requirements: Must have previous experience working as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4-star hotel..
