This is a really rewarding role on a team where you can be assured of a warm welcome! Your role as Housekeeping Supervisor will include: Supervision of the servicing of guest bedrooms, public areas and turndown service.
You must demonstrate five star hygiene standards and work in a professional manner, whilst supervising the Housekeeping Team.
Ensure employees adhere to cleaning checklists, as per hotel standards.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with Management Team.
Regularly check public areas/toilets to ensure standards are maintained.
Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.
The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, communication skills, great spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture.
Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!
