That is why we are In it for life. You will be responsible for:Hovione has launched its search for the organisation's next generation of leaders through its 2025 Graduate Development Programme.
Commencing September 2025, the programme is designed to equip high-performing graduates with the business skills and experience needed to excel in a leading Pharmaceutical company.
As part of the programme, which includes exposure to multiple disciplines and business units, successful candidates will benefit from guided mentorship from within the business.
In addition to critical project work and real responsibilities, candidates will participate in continued professional development through structured classroom training and self-directed learning modules with an external development body.
The programme will last 18 months and offers a unique opportunity to grow and accelerate your career.
