Hr Administrator - 3 Month Temp

REED are working with a fantastic charity who are seeking a HR administrator to join their team for a 2–3-month temporary contract. The role is based in North Kildare.

Pay - €17.00 per hour 37-hour week Fully on site role Previous experience is necessary This is a great opportunity for a candidate in the early stages of their HR career. The ideal candidate will have worked in a HR administration role within the ROI as they will need to have the confidence in their abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities Provide the necessary administrative and operational support to the HR Team. Manage the HR inbox; provide timely and accurate advice to queries and requests within agreed SLAs to ensure positive stakeholder experience. Maintain, update and report on the HR system and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide administrative support for a range of HR processes including recruitment, on boarding, internal move and leaver processes, invoices processing. Provide guidance and process employee leave arrangements and schemes e.g. maternity, paternity, parental, flexible working. Provide cover and assistance to the recruitment coordinator and other roles during leave and as required. Provide administrative support to the HR Partners as required.
