About Your New Employer Based in Shannon, Clare this company is a leader in the production of Physical and Chemical Standards About Your New Role This role is a People and Culture Advisor and would suit a candidate who has previous experience as a HR Administrator or Generalist. You will assist with HR department operations under the guidance of the People and Culture Manager. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and coaching managers through the interview and offer process. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including handling role offers, conducting inductions, managing resignation letters, and coordinating exit interviews. Serve as the primary contact for employee queries, maintaining personnel files and training records. Partner with line managers to address daily HR issues and develop employee engagement and reward programs with the global team. Keep HR systems updated (NAVEX, WorkCompass, Time Management) and provide real-time reports on HR metrics. Stay informed about employment laws and best practices to support the development of HR policies and procedures. Complete various administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, and handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the P&C Manager. What Skills You Need Relevant 3rd Level Degree and CIPD Accredited 3 years working in HR within a fast paced environment Detailed knowledge relating to People and Culture issues IT savvy with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and Powerpoint What's On Offer?
