About Your New Employer International Architectural Firm Limerick City based This part time job will involve handling essential tasks such as recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting the onboarding process.

About Your New Job Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
Supporting the onboarding process, including preparation of contracts, induction materials, and schedules for new hires.
Acting as the point of contact for employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assisting with the coordination of training and development programmes.
Monitoring and updating HR systems and databases, generating reports when needed.
Ensuring HR processes align with employment legislation and company policies.
Supporting HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and improving HR processes.
What Skills You Need Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
