Your new company Hays is pleased to be partnering with a global organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for: Support with a variety of upcoming HR projects and initiatives.
Be the first point of contact for HR queries.
Support with employee relations issues.
Assist with the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, and annual compensation reviews.
Manage and maintain the HRIS.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve HR processes.
Analyse HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an HR generalist role.
Proven experience in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite and the ability to analyse data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
