Responsibilities: Provide timely, high-quality advice and support to clients while adhering to current policies, procedures, and SLAs.Actively manage and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients through each interaction.Take responsibility for managing your workload and diary in accordance with company protocols.Liaise with clients via video conference, telephone, and email to create bespoke employment documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
Face-to-face meetings may be required as needed.Record work through internal systems.Produce daily and weekly reports as required.Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture, supporting the training and development of others, and valuing and utilizing the different skills and expertise of colleagues.Continuously update your knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Maintain a strong understanding of the services offered by the company and confidently discuss these services with clients, making appropriate recommendations.Undertake or provide support for any bespoke projects as requested by management.Attend training and team meetings as required, including those that may take place outside normal working hours or days.Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the company.What are we looking for?
