Job DescriptionAn industrial company is looking for an experienced Administrative professional to work a short-term contract covering a leave.
Job Responsibilities:Data EntryTraining assistanceEmployee information maintenance and updatingFiling, faxing, scanning and various other document tasksAnswering phones and using a multi-line systemVarious other administrative tasks as requiredJob Requirements:Minimum 2 years Administrative assistanceDiploma or degree in Human Resources is requiredStrong data entry skillsStrong Microsoft Office experienceHR and/or payroll assistance experience is an assetMust have reliable transportation as position is not on a public transit routeMust be able to start immediatelyThis position requires that you be okay with completing a criminal background checkShifts:Weekdays, 8am to 4:30pm
Wage:$22/hr
