Role Summary The role purpose is to provide HR administration support to the Europe HR team.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract role.
Responsibilities: Support day to day HR admin dutiesLiaising with internal stakeholders to ensure proactive management of key HR regulatory and compliance activities including CBI F&P regime, IDD and SM&CRSupport resourcing activities, including the recruitment administration process, offer letter/contract documentation and onboardingManaging HR systems for input of starters, leavers and staff changesProviding assistance on HR policies, procedures and legislationMaintaining, monitoring and reporting on HR compliance dataGenerate HR reports on a timely basis e.g., absence levels, headcount reports, holidays, etcManage employee verifications forms and lettersAssisting with keeping HR audit files up to dateSupporting and tracking in-country UK immigration mattersEnsuring HR policies & procedures are kept up to date and continually promote best practiceInvolvement with learning and development including but not limited to CII booking, training coordination, coordinating Lunch & Learn sessions and identifying training needsProactive assistance of key HR regulatory and compliance activities including CBI F&P regime, IDD and SM&CRManagement of HRIS including updating data with new hires, terminations, changes to T&C on oracleQualifications Requirements: 2 years+ experience in Human ResourcesInsurance Experience preferredCIPD level 5 and above qualification preferredStrong attention to detailUnderstanding of the SMCR, IAF and IDD requirements would be a bonusEvidence of being able to develop effective working relations at all levelsEvidence of strong planning and organising abilitiesConfident with Microsoft Office applicationsPrimary LocationIE-IE-Dublin
