Human Resource Business Partner - Permanent - Galway Responsibilities: Provide support to the site in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, organisation effectiveness, legislative compliance, employee records, HR best practice – policies and procedures, onboarding.Provide guidance and support to ensure harmonious employee relations.Talent management, retention, and development.Organisational Design and Effectiveness.Employment Legislation and Regulatory Compliance.Compensation and Benefits.HRIS - employee records on Workday.Drive a culture of harmonious employee relations.Support and lead the philosophy of open communication and teamwork.Liaise with industry and academic institutes where necessary.Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business, and/or membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.3 to 5 years of related experience in Human Resource Support.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Deirdre Moran. ****** (091) 706710
