Primary Function/Goals/Objectives To provide support to the site in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, organisation effectiveness, legislative compliance, employee records, HR best practice – policies and procedures, onboarding.To provide guidance and support to ensure harmonious employee relations.Major Responsibilities Talent management, retention and development.Organisational Design and Effectiveness.Employment Legislation and Regulatory compliance.Compensation and Benefits.HRIS - employee records on Workday.Operational Excellence Culture.Drive a culture of harmonious employee relations.Support and Lead the philosophy of open communication and teamwork.Liaise with industry and academic institutes where necessary.Education A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business, and/or membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.Background/Experience 3 to 5 years related experience so that the incumbent can draw from previous experience and knowledge in guiding, advising and supporting the business in the issues that require Human Resource Support.
