About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our clients People Team by providing both strategic and operational HR guidance across various business areas.
In this role, youll collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver HR solutions that support key business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Drive consistent HR approaches in attracting, managing, and retaining talent to meet current and future organisational needs.
Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement organisational structures, processes, and operating models that align with overall strategy.
Utilise expertise in Employee Relations (ER) and change management to diagnose needs, anticipate challenges, and advocate for required change with senior stakeholders.
Support transformational projects with a structured change management approach, ensuring that all people-related changes reflect the clients core values and culture.
Coach managers to model company values, build leadership behaviours, and address organisational challenges proactively.
Participate in projects that enhance the client's reputation as a world-class employer and promote best practices within the People function.
Candidate Requirements: Significant business experience and CIPD qualification.
Proven track record of delivering proactive HR support in a fast-paced, commercially-driven environment.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with a strategic and commercial focus.
Experience managing complex HR projects and demonstrated consulting skills.
Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a commercial setting.
