HR Business Partner - 12197 HR Business Partner required for one of Irelands largest construction companies to work out of their offices in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will work within the HR Team and build strong partnerships across the HR Function to deliver value-added service within the business.

Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Work with HR and management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Key People Processes: Advise on best practices and collaborate on talent and succession planning.
Employee Relations: Support management and employees in resolving issues, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition: Partner with recruitment to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
Learning and Development: Assess needs and collaborate on L&D program design and delivery.
HR Projects: Lead HR initiatives, such as enhancing the Graduate Development Program, ensuring successful implementation.
Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement efforts, including payroll and recruitment functions.
HR Metrics: Analyse HR data to suggest and implement engagement and experience improvements.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with policies, updating for new laws and requirements.
Requirements: A degree relevant to the HR.
At least 4 years previous experience in a similar role.
Experience working for a construction or engineering company in a similar role would be beneficial.
Ability to scope HR strategies and initiatives that deliver on business objectives.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Experience across mainland Europe jurisdictions would be beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English is essential.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
