Hr Business Partner

Cpl HR recruitment are looking to support an IT client with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner to support the managed services side of their business. Supporting some well known companies, this role will support a head count of 200 approximately,in a full 360 HR partner capacity.
Role and responsibilities will include:
Partner with a wider business to ensure a collaborative people focus and approach Manage all employee relations issues appropriately and efficientlySupport the business at times of growthEnsure a strong culture is a key priority at all timesBe a key driver in areas of development, retainment, succession planning and employee engagementSkills and experience required:
