Job Title: HR Business Partner Reports to: HR Manager Summary Jabil EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide a broad range of HR support to the business.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Provides partnership, leadership, direction, counsel, and expertise to enable business and its leaders.Aligns HR strategies with business objectives, being held accountable for HR results and partnering with business to understand and support needs and requirements.Builds effective, trustworthy, and dynamic relationships with stakeholders whilst building morale and increasing employee engagement within Jabil.Supports and drives the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring best practices whilst sourcing the highest caliber candidates.Preparation of payroll information for finance.Analyzes trends and metrics for the HR department and implements improvements where necessary.Strengthens the business's ability to lead organizational change by bringing proven best practices to help Jabil leaders achieve sustainable results.Manages investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings, ensuring fair procedure and compliance with legislation and internal procedures.Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures when required or to adapt to legislative changes.Assists HR Manager in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.Understands the talent needs inside the organization to support business needs.Coaches and mentors high potential and high professional employees as part of the organization's focus on talent development, including identifying talent issues before they impact the business.Leverages existing HR resources to ensure delivery of timely, relevant, and efficient HR operations.Works and communicates effectively across HR and the functional organization.Assists in building a strong organizational culture.Ensures compliance with all pertinent HR-related laws and regulations.Creates and facilitates HR presentations for various stakeholders to generate awareness and buy-in.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Requirements Degree in HR or related field essential; may substitute relevant experience in lieu of educational requirement.5+ years' experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.CIPD membership desirable but not essential.Good understanding of Irish employment law.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Flexibility in adapting to a non-routine and fast-paced environment.Experience in and ability to communicate, business partner, and facilitate multiple areas of the business simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives and influence decision makers at all levels.Strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.Proven ability to meet deadlines.A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email management systems, online chat, and ability to learn in-house systems quickly.The successful candidate has an excellent opportunity for career progression and possible further education assistance if required with this expanding company.
