ROLE BRIEF Due to a period of high growth we are looking for a highly commercial HR Business Partner who gets how a business should be run.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a digital healthcare company who truly makes a difference in the world.
You will be an integral part of the scaling of our rapidly growing organisation.
You will be comfortable in all areas of HR but will excel in reporting, analytics, presentation, change and recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the existing people team on change management initiatives to support business transformation Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR-related matters Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs and recommend actions based on data analysis Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
Lead initiatives for employee development, career progression, and succession planning Support our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment of new colleagues Provide general support on all aspects of Organisational Development such as ensuring expedient time to hire, productivity, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, career paths, coaching & mentoring programmes, policy, process, systems, compensation & benefits and training & development REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role or similar capacity.
Skills: Commercial aptitude is a must for this role with strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR metrics and data Confidence to partner with all levels of leadership You will be an excel and powerpoint expert Strong understanding of HR principles and practice and Employment legislation in Ireland and UK Strong recruitment background Experience or knowledge of OKRs Payroll experience would be a distinct advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
