HR Business Partner We are seeking a seasoned and adaptable HR Business Partner to join our team supporting HR globally.

As a key contributor within the HR team, you will take ownership of both strategic and operational HR initiatives, managing multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: HRIS & Data Management: Oversee end-to-end data workflows and reporting within our HRIS (currently Sage People), including performance management cycles, compensation workflows, pulse surveys, headcount reporting, and the employee communications dashboard.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct thorough salary benchmarking, exit interview analysis, and other data-driven HR insights to support informed decision-making and strategic HR initiatives Global Payroll Management: Manage payroll input files and collaborate with outsourced payroll providers across multiple global locations, ensuring relevant authorities seamless execution and compliance Compliance & Audit Support: Liaise with Revenue providing accurate data for CSO reporting and supporting both internal and external audits Leave & Absence Management: Track and manage all types of employee leave, ensuring policies are adhered to and records are accurate Employee Relations Expertise: Advise and guide managers on a variety of employee relations issues, including absence management, performance matters, and employee engagement Process Improvement & Efficiency: Continuously review and improve HR and payroll processes, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Global Benefits Administration: Administer and support the renewal of employee benefit schemes across global locations, ensuring competitive offerings and smooth management.
HR Policy & Future of Work: Drive the development and refinement of HR policies and processes, incorporating innovative practices such as hybrid working models to meet future business needs Project Leadership: Lead and participate in various HR projects, supporting alignment with business objectives and contributing to the growth of the organisation Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Manage recruitment activities and liaise with HR Co-ordinator to ensure smooth co-ordination of onboarding processes within the team HR Documentation & Administration: Manage the preparation of employee contracts, probation reviews, promotions, remuneration letters, work permits, and references, while ensuring thorough record-keeping and compliance.
Skills & Experience: Essential: Broad HR Expertise: 4+ years of experience in a broad HR role, ideally within the software or technology sector, with demonstrated experience in both operational and strategic HR functions Adaptability & Initiative: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate and thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment where quick thinking and initiative are key Proven Payroll Experience: Expertise in managing payroll related activities across multiple global locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Sage People, and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Teams and SharePoint) Organisational Excellence: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and execute with precision Change Management: Experience in effectively managing change in a growing, evolving business environment, with a focus on continuous improvement Strong Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation Analytical & Data-Driven: Demonstrated numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to produce insightful reports and provide data-driven recommendations Discretion & Integrity: Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Judgement & Practicality: Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and make pragmatic decisions that balance business needs with employee welfare.
