£60000 - £70000 per annum bonus, pension and healthcare
A leading multi-national manufacturing company has a requirement for a HR Business Partner to join their growing site in Dublin.
The Business Partner interacts with business managers and provides HR advice on people issues, organisational design and change, and HR product needs. The incumbent is responsible for driving the HR people strategy with the business and for supporting effective implementation within the business. Together with HR colleagues, the incumbent will ensure company-wide HR programs are delivered to the client effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Defines and translates business demands into People Operations and communicates across the HR team to ensure effective engagement.Supports the business to ensure an aligned/integrated people strategy that reflects business need; and partners with business managers to embed and evolve agreed people elements of the business area strategy.Drives organisational change initiatives including new organisation designs, roles, core competency frameworks, role mapping, and career frameworks.Partners with the business to define and translate business needs into a workforce strategy and collaborates with Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development.Drives the year-end compensation process ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the bonus and salary review processes. Also ensures those decisions are market and performance-driven and appropriate in terms of business management governance and ownership.Manages engagement around all employee relations issues and monitors employee relations issues to identify trends or business impact and recommends corrective actions.Coaches managers around teams.Drives HR's involvement in the Talent Management process and facilitates review sessions, as required.Partners and collaborates with other HR colleagues to deliver cross-organisational, cross-HR initiatives.
