Hr Business Partner

Duties & Requirements Primary point of contact for Managers on all HR related activities Provide support and guidance to leaders across multiple regional locations Support leaders with employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance, performance and probationary management Lead end-to-end recruitment life cycle for all regional locations with the support of Talent Acquisition Requirements: 3-5 years' experience as HR Generalist or HR Partner, ideally within a similar fast paced environment Relevant HR related 3rd level qualification and / or CIPD certification Proven ER/IR experience, with exposure to arranging, preparing, supporting and/or leading Employee relations related meetings Prior experience working with stakeholders at a senior level in a HR capacity Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure Strong attention to detail Ideally experience working in a multi -site environment Flexible with working hours and travel across Ireland to various sites
