Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and align HR strategies to support business objectives Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR-related issues Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new hires.
Assist in talent development initiatives, performance management, and succession planning Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment, increasing employee satisfaction and retention Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Oversee all salary negotiations and manage the annual wage and salary budgets Support the business through organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects, including process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or in a generalist role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Workday knowledge is a plus Working Conditions: Hybrid working model Travel in Ireland occasionally Salary: Competitive (DOE); Bonus 10%-20% included; dependant on Group Target achievement
