Western Union powers your pursuitAs an HR Business Partner based in Dublin, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute, driving the business and the company's operations in Ireland, the UK, the Nordics (Norway, Denmark, and Sweden).
Your expertise will be pivotal in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management and organizational development.
In this role, you will align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and enhance people experience along the end-to-end HR processes and solve complex request from employees related to the HR realm, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational growth, helping to build a positive work environment.
Role Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and the corporate HR strategy as trusted advisor/HR business partner.
Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Partner with other HR teams such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRInformation Security, Employee Relations, Legal Employment, HR operations,to deliver and excellent employee experience,implement Western Union's HR Philosophy and deliver a consistent global HR approachto talent management, while ensuring local relevance.
Implement performance management programs and drive employee development initiatives.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster high performing organization.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, the Nordics, and other regions and utilize to make recommended changes in region.Support organizational change initiatives and implement change management initiatives.
Utilize HR data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; HR certification preferred( e.g.
CIPD) 4- 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, the Nordics, and international HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal, multicultural communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and work across different regions and departments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite;Experience with Workday is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive financial strategy and provide leadership in a dynamic environment .
