Hr Business Service Manager

Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a public sector client in recruiting for a HR Business Service Manager as part of a wider HR team. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will have a number of direct reports in a lead capacity role.
Roles and responsibilities will include: Manage the day-to-day activities of HRDrive integration and standardisation of HR processes in a changing environmentProvide support and advice on a wide range of complex people issuesDevelop and foster effective partnership and working relationships with key stakeholdersProvide best practice HR advice and leadership to HR teams and managersSkills and experiences required for the role: Extensive HR experience in a hospital, healthcare or public sector settingPrevious experience leading a team will be essentialChange management exposure will be key for this positionStrong Irish employee relations experience will be requiredA skill set in working with various personalities who have differing prioritiesHave the ability to influence and build strong relationshipsAbility to travel to various locations in DublinIf you have the above experience and HR exposure and are looking to find out more about this position, send your CV to ****** in confidence.
