Competitive Salary & Benefits Career Growth Opportunities Supportive and Friendly Team Ongoing Training & Development What You'll Do: Provide essential administrative support to the HR team.
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection.
Assist in recruitment efforts: job postings, interview coordination, onboarding.
Handle employee queries and support performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and more.
Help coordinate training and development programs.
What We're Looking For: A qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD is a plus).
Experience in a similar HR admin role and knowledge of Irish employment law.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
