Overview PepsiCo is on the lookout for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Eastgate, Cork on a specified purpose contract up to 12 months.
Reporting into the HR Operations Assoc Supervisor, in this role you will be responsible for providing a first-class front of hours reception service while also supporting the broader People team throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities Operate an efficient front of house service in the assigned location where all visitors are tended to in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.Manage all reception duties to include, but not limited to:Answering daily queries from employees.Managing visitors to the site including organising Personal Protective Equipment gear where relevant.ID badge creation.Internal and external mail management.Support the extended People Team in various tasks by providing an all-encompassing HR administrative support service to include, but not limited to:Manage the employee life cycle and relevant HR processes across PGCS.Maintain employee and invoice filing to audit standards.Co-ordinate the HR Rota's applicable across the HR Ops team.Roll out, coordination and follow up of designated HR initiatives.Ensuring all employee relations issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.Coordination of site reward & recognition requirements.Contribute to the creation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the People Team.A requirement of this role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health, Safety & Environmental Requirements.The above is not an exhaustive list and the successful candidate will be expected to conduct all reasonable requests in line with their role and responsibilities.
Qualifications Essential Criteria: Recently graduated within the last 2 years in a relevant field (to NFQ Level 7 or above) with a minimum 2.1 qualification in same being highly preferred.HR degree or equivalent (CIPD qualified desirable).Excellent Interpersonal/Communication skills (both written and verbal).Exhibit a strong 'can-do', 'will-do' attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.Excellent Administration skills, coupled with an innate attention to detail.Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of an extended HR Team.Strong computer skills (experience of Kronos and SAP an advantage).Additional Desired qualifications and/or experience: Experience working in a multinational organisation and/or manufacturing industry is an advantage.Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives.Ability to integrate well within a team environment, both in person and remote.Natural ability to adapt to change readily with ease, ability to handle unforeseen requests effectively.High level of integrity and discretion essential.
