Position: HR Director Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Work model: Hybrid, 2 days per week at the office Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Champion coaching, mentoring, and managing to foster a high-performance culture and guide the HR team to consistently perform at their best Apply modern approaches to organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce enablement, and change management Promote an inclusive employee-employer relationship that prioritizes diversity and equal access to opportunities Cultivate a collaborative environment within HR and across the business to take smart risks that benefit employees and clients Bring expertise in key HR areas, with a contemporary view on service centers, centers of excellence, and HR operations Serve as a business partner with a focus on aligning business needs with long-term strategy, implementing short-term tactics, and building trust with leadership at all levels Build strong relationships across the business, influencing sales leaders to engage with HR services in an integrated manner Act as both a business partner and team leader, developing strategies to enhance team performance, mentoring peers, and providing guidance Leverage experience to support the team's development while actively contributing to execution REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication 5-7 years of HRBP experience at a senior level in a fast-paced environment, ideally in technology, sales, or BPO sectors 2+ years of experience managing an HR team 5+ years of experience handling employee relations in Ireland, with exposure to other European countries a plus Strong expertise in workforce effectiveness, planning, gap analysis, and development Proven track record in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives Demonstrated success in driving culture and organizational change, delivering measurable people outcomes Excellent collaboration skills across global, culturally diverse, and geographically dispersed teams Ability to manage competing priorities and facilitate optimal decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and sound judgment OFFER: Structured training & career development plan Paid childcare/dependent care Education reimbursement Comprehensive VHI cover Bike to work / TaxSaver leap card program Personal hardship loan Mental health and 24/7 employee assistance program
