Key Responsibilities: As the HR Officer , you will take full ownership of various key HR functions, including: End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
You'll work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs and uphold the company's employer brand.
Onboarding & Induction: Collaborate with department heads to ensure an efficient and engaging onboarding process, setting new employees up for success from day one.
Compliance & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that are both compliant with current employment laws and reflective of the company's values.
Your role will be essential in safeguarding the business's legal standing while fostering a positive work culture.
HR Systems & Data Integrity: Oversee HR systems and ensure all employee data is maintained in compliance with GDPR regulations.
You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
HR Consultancy & Managerial Support: Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
Talent Development & Performance Management: Spearhead initiatives related to employee growth, including training programs and performance management strategies that align with business goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Actively promote and nurture the organization's culture, ensuring the company's core values are integrated into all HR processes and decisions.
Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a similar HR role is required, with comprehensive experience across multiple HR functions.
HR Qualification: While a formal HR qualification is desirable, strong experience and a proven track record are paramount.
Employment Legislation Expertise: In-depth understanding of Irish employment laws and regulatory compliance is essential.
Multitasking & Organizational Skills: You should be adept at managing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
