Hr Generalist

We are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist position on behalf of a well-established Insurance organisation.
Dublin South - Hybrid role (Initially 4 days on-site for probation).

Responsibilities: Manage recruitment process from advertising to offer.Support on employee queries, HR administration and HRIS.Assist with HR projects and implementations.Support on well-being and engagement, including strategy development.Liaise with vendors to organise internal HR events.Support and run on-boarding induction.Stakeholder management and liaising with senior management on HR needs.Work alongside the HRBP on any aspects of ER and performance management.Requirements: 3+ years experience in a HR role, ideally within a dynamic HR Generalist role, must have proven Financial Services or Insurance industry experience.HR qualification or equivalent.Keen understanding of well-being, engagement, recruitment and general life-cycle process.Strong communication, innovation and organisation skills.About the job: Contract Type: FULL_TIME
