Key Responsibilities: HR support for Regional Operations leaders in Limerick, Cork, and GalwayEmployee relations, recruitment, performance management, and absence managementLead end-to-end recruitment and manage the new starter processMaintain HR systems and provide data insightsSupport HR projects and policy developmentRequirements: 3-5 years of HR Generalist/Partner experienceRelevant HR qualification and/or CIPD certificationProven experience in Employee Relations and senior stakeholder engagementStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to travel across Ireland
