HR Generalist| Longford| Perm| Manufacturing We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join my clients team in Longford. In this role, you will collaborate with the Manager of People Strategy and Operations, as well as Senior People Partners, to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters. Your focus will be on fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee growth, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. HR Generalist Responsibilities: Provide advice and support on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees. Build strong relationships with managers to support team leadership and identify growth opportunities. Promote exceptional employee performance and foster a culture of trust and teamwork. Manage employee training, maintain current employee records, and track attendance and leaves of absence. Conduct hourly employee evaluations and assist with employee recognition and reward programs. Ensure compliance with employment laws and handle HR-related legal matters. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analysis of data for metrics and regulatory purposes. HR Generalist Qualifications: HR related qualification, degree or CIPD essential. 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably with a focus on Employee Relations in a fast paced environment.
