HR Generalist – Fixed Term Contract (12 – 18 months) eFlexes are currently recruiting a HR Generalist on behalf of a well-established aviation company located in Shannon, Co Clare.
Job Summary: Review and update HR policies and procedures. Provide HR guidance to Line Managers and employees, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies. Advise on best practices and support the development of initiatives aligned with business needs. Lead HR projects and support management on company-wide activities. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring consistent practices. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within HR and across departments. Carry out HR analytics and reporting regularly. Manage payroll and benefits administration, and support performance management processes. Enhance onboarding experiences for new hires and manage relocation processes. Assist with recruitment activities and oversee apprenticeship programmes. Support the HR Business Partner with employee relations and business requests. Contribute to HR strategy and maintain compliance readiness through administrative tasks. Administer employee confirmations, banking, and other letters as required. Manage the administration of the company pension scheme. Candidate Requirements: Honours Degree in HR or a related discipline is essential. At least 5 years of HR experience. Broad HR generalist background preferred. Experience in manufacturing and unionised environments advantageous. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills. Solid knowledge of employment law. Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and drive organisational change.
