The HR Generalist RoleThe HR Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. What will you do: Provide a generalist HR support service mainly on HR Administration, Recruitment & Induction, Learning & Development in UK and Ireland.Champion and support best practice and delivery in recruitment, vetting, performance management, reward and recognition, personal development, resource planning, and change management.Appropriately manage day-to-day HR administration ensuring service excellence and full legal compliance on Employee matters, e.g. employment certificates, social, pension and health fund reports, official statistics, and other official documentation.Participate in or lead HR projects as required.Provide support for employees who require advice on employment rights, changes to terms and conditions.Continuously seek opportunities to develop, train and educate HR processes, policies and procedures to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and quality of Employee experiences.Ongoing support and feedback with people managers on employee relations issues.
