This role presents a great opportunity for a recent HR graduate or someone who is currently working towards their HR qualification to join a future focused, proactive HR Team. In the role, the successful candidate will: Gain valuable experience working within the HR Operations team supporting the delivery of our People Strategy across the Davy Group. You will work as part of a multi skilled, progressive and fast paced HR Team which collectively supports over 900 professionals. Be the first point of contact on the full range of HR queries and requests from the business; Assist in maintaining the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure all data is up to date, along with supporting our people in their use of the system; Support continuous process improvement with a view to ensuring operational excellence; Provide ad-hoc support for all HR admin activities; Assist with payroll and benefits administration; Support the Operations team, where required, with onboarding and offboarding process for our people and internal communications of people changes; Liaise with other departments on HR operational activities; Participate in HR projects / Support HR Business partners as required; Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of HR activities; Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role. About You Strong administration and coordination skills, prior experience in a busy team/office environment would be beneficial; A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources field, or working towards same; Team player with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills; Excellent organisational skills; Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines; Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook; Strong attention to detail; A desire to develop a career in human resources.
