Job Description Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-quality workforce.Supporting circa 100 employees with employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Nurturing a positive working environment by maintaining a company culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top-quality personnel.Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR Ireland and UK requirements.Assessing training needs and monitoring training programs.Managing the recruitment requirements of the company and developing a pool of potential candidates for the business at various levels.Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.The Successful Applicant A successful HR Manager should have:
