My client, a world-renowned leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a skilled HR Manager to join their Dublin team Position Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving innovation to support organizational growth and success.
The position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule and a competitive salary ranging from €70,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role.
