This role will be based onsite 4 days per week with 1 day work from home. Dublin 1 based. Job Overview The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture and ensuring that human resources practices align with company values. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement programs that promote a positive work environment.Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and make data-driven decisions to enhance workplace culture.Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal processes to align individual goals with company objectives.Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.Training & Development: Identify training needs and create development programs that support employee growth and career advancement.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with current laws and regulations.Promote a safe and respectful workplace by addressing employee concerns and conflicts effectively.Culture Building: Advocate for and promote the company's values and culture through various initiatives and activities.Collaborate with leadership to create a cohesive and inclusive work environment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.Proven experience in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.HR certification (CIPD) is a plus.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contactNicola Egan ****** 09064 5066
