Objective of Role: The successful candidate will provide ongoing support and guidance to the Management team across all spectrums of the HR function while effectively managing and developing our people and play a pivotal role in delivering the strategic People Plan.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Embed and foster a positive culture within both hotels, ensuring alignment to our core values as a team.Drive the wellness initiative programme throughout in conjunction with the management team.Take ownership of the Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding process.Take ownership of the Performance Management System, Applicant tracking system & HRIS system.Support colleagues with general employment queries and employee relation matters in a professional and timely manner and in line with best practice.Provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to key stakeholders across the business on issues such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, health and safety.Assist in coordinating all training and development needs for both hotels.Assist in conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings as required and in line with best practice.Collate weekly & monthly HR metrics & reports for key stakeholders.Any other duties that may be required to support the management team to deliver HR best practice.The Candidate: A relevant HR qualification with 2-3 years HR experience is required.Previous experience within the hospitality or retail sector would be advantageous.Proficient user of Microsoft Office and various software systems.Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team and work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What We Offer: • Complimentary meals on duty to ensure you can always perform at your best.
