The Role
As HR Manager, you'll lead strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational performance, support talent management, and foster employee engagement.
This role combines hands-on and strategic HR management, making it a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities Drive organizational performance through core HR initiatives.Oversee talent management, recruitment, and onboarding processes.Provide expert advice on employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.Develop HR policies, engagement strategies, and manage change projects.Lead compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies.About You Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.Strong understanding of Irish employment law; knowledge of other countries is a bonus.Experience with change management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.Hands-on and strategic approach with strong communication skills.What's on Offer?
