Hr Manager (Part-Time)

Compensation: D.O.E and commensurate with level
Job type: Part-time, initial 12 month contract
Thanks to significant growth, our client is looking to welcome a HR Manager on a part-time basis.
You will review the existing structures, implement robust policies, and take ownership of the people function.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on and experienced in supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives and enjoying seeing success from scratch!
ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong and collaborative working relationships within the site leadership team and the wider training teams across the business.Manage the 360 employee lifecycle.Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate HR Policies and Procedures in line with best practice, legal, and organisational requirements.Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees.Manage Employee Relations matters as they arise.Contribute to companywide talent and succession planning processes.Ad-hoc duties as required.Requirements3rd level qualification in HR or a related discipline, CIPD qualification an advantage.Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience at HR Manager or HR Business Partner level.Experience in developing an HR function, drafting policies, initiatives, and embedding processes and procedures from scratch.Significant experience in employee engagement and development.Hands-on experience and knowledge of Irish legislation.
