Hr Manager | Pharma

We are currently partnering with one the leading Pharma organisations in Cork who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Sitting on the senior leadership team, the HR Manager, will work as part of an all-Ireland HR team and get the opportunity to work on strategic national and global projects and have a strong focus on culture and engagement.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams would be important as well as manufacturing and Irish employment law experience.
Non-unionised environment, with very low attritional levels and a very positive working environment.
