Our pharmaceutical client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Operations Administrator to join their HR team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support on any queries that may arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED Respond to day-to-day HR queries via AskHR ticket system for an International workforce.Requests may cover HR policies and procedures, benefits and compensation, and any employee life cycle transactions.Data entry into multiple HRIS systems.Coordination of training.Support any ad-hoc HR project administration tasks.Use of reporting tool on various HR systems (such as Workday).EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1+ years' experience in HR operations preferred.HRIS experience (Workday – desirable).Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Workday prior experience preferred.
