Hr Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Operations Manager on behalf of a professional services organization.

Location: Dublin City Centre - Hybrid role

Responsibilities: Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Manage employment relations processes of varying degrees. Manage performance reviews, salary reviews, and benefits management. Support on process improvement, budget management, and HR strategy. Stakeholder management and liaising with departments. Oversee day-to-day HR Admin and HR Generalist functions. Oversee payroll to ensure accuracy. Support with HR general queries. Requirements: 5+ years experience in a HR role within an Operations focus. Must have professional or legal services industry experience. Strong HRIS management, ER understanding, and proven management of Junior HR professionals. Keen communication and analytical skills. About the job: Contract Type: FULL_TIME
