Hr Operations Team Lead

Cpl HR Recruitment are supporting a large investment company with the recruitment of a HR Operations Team Lead.
With 2 direct reports, you will support the wider business with all administrative, HRIS functionality and operations for the HR team.
This position may suit a HR generalist who is looking to progress their career and take the opportunity to lead a team.
Roles and responsibilities will include: Coach and lead a HR administrator and HR internBe responsible for the delivery of high quality HR operationsUpdate and maintain the HRIS systemBe the first point of contact for all HR queriesCo-ordinate and lead on training scheduling, while liaising with vendorsSupport with Ad Hoc HR projects with the wider HR functionSkills and experience required: 4+ years in a HR functionPrevious experience leading or mentoring others would be an advantageStrong HRIS experience and use of MS office applications is requiredExperience in a professional or corporate environment would be idealWorking Irish employment knowledge is essentialIf you would like to find out more about this role and have the outlined experience, get in touch today to find out more.
