Human Resources Partner Overview Our client, a large-scale organisation with nearly 2000 employees are hiring for a HR Partner to work as part of their growing HR team.
The generalist will directly support 250 staff members.
This role will encompass all aspects of HR, working closely with business leaders and colleagues to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:: Point of contact for Operations Managers on all HR related activities Support and guide leaders across regional locations Plan HR initiatives with HR leaders to support employee engagement, recruitment and employee retention Coach managers with employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance, performance and probationary management Co-ordinate the new starter process including pre-boarding and on-boarding Analyse data and insights from HR System Ensure HR employee and time and attendance related systems are accurately maintained Update HR policies and procedures as necessary Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports Support for L&D, Engagement and HR project-based activities Requirements: 4 years experience as a HR Generalist, ideally within a fast paced environment HR related 3rd level qualification and / or CIPD certification Strong employee relations experience, with exposure in leading ER meetings Strong understanding of Irish employment law Experience working with stakeholders at a senior level in a HR capacity Package includes: Highly competitive salary of , Health Insurance Cover, Pension, Life Scheme, Development programmes, Staff Purchase Scheme, Education Reimbursement Scheme, Maternity and Paternity Pay, Sick Pay, Career progression opportunities, EAP Programmes.
Hybrid & Travel Permanent contract with hybrid working.
